West Palm Beach, Fla (Oct. 13, 2023) – Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is again being named one of the nation’s best airports, ranking fourth best in the United States by readers of popular travel publication, Condé Nast Traveler.

“We are dedicated to providing a superior, stress-free customer experience, and this honor shows how much travelers really value that commitment,” Director of Airports Laura Beebe said.

More than 500,000 individuals voted in the Reader’s Choice Awards survey.  This is the third recognition PBI has received for being one of the best airports in the U.S. in 2023.  PBI was also honored by J.D. Power and Travel + Leisure.

The publication highlighted expanded airline service offered by ultra-low cost carriers and PBI’s “abundant charm.”  Condé Nast Traveler also noted that PBI features a putting green and has short lines for passengers.

PBI continues to experience record passenger volume with nearly 7.5 million passengers traveling through the airport in a 12-month period.

Seasonal flights are resuming at PBI, including direct service to Charleston, Raleigh-Durham, Minneapolis, Toronto and Montreal.  United recently announced a new nonstop Saturday flight to Denver starting February 17, 2024 and continuing through March – in time for ski season and spring break.
