How to collect found items?

On-site pickup: Properly identified items can be claimed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We require picture ID at time of pick up. You may pre-arrange after-hours pick up. Representatives of the owners may pick up items with proper identification and verified permission of owners.

U.S. Mail: We can return small items via U.S. Mail, if you forward a self-addressed and self-stamped mailing container to us. If you prefer shipment by a company (like UPS) other the U.S. Mail, please arrange the shipment directly with your preferred company, and provide proper notification to the Department of Airports. When notified, we will prepare your item for shipment.
