Airport Ambassadors
Passengers traveling through Palm Beach International Airport may receive
assistance from our Airport Ambassadors located throughout the terminal. Very
visible in their teal colored jackets, the ambassadors are available to assist
travelers with their information requirements.

Hotel & Transportation Reservation Centers and
Arts/Culture Information
Located in the center of baggage claim, Level One, passengers may reach local
hotels, motels, and transportation providers through direct phone lines to the
advertisers. TDD phones are available for the hearing impaired. Passengers may
also receive a wide range of information on arts and culture as well as related
activities throughout the area.

Traveler Service Center
Located on Level Two, Concessions Mall, Main Terminal, this area offers a wide
range of travel related services:
ATM
ATMs are located at the Travel Service Center, Level Three, Ticketing, Level One, baggage claim and on concourses B and C.

Baggage Carts
Self-service baggage carts may be rented in baggage claim and returned at
locations curbside and in parking lots. $3.00 for rental; $0.25 refund upon
return to rental unit.

Facilities for the Disabled
Wheelchairs are available through respective airlines. TDD phones are available
on all concourses and levels. For further information please use the
courtesy phone.

Courtesy Telephones
White telephones are located throughout the terminal building and parking
garages. Callers are connected with the airport communications center where
paging service is available within the terminal building.

Flight Information
Display monitors are available throughout the terminal building.
