LEASE AND DEVELOPMENT OF ONE (1) PARCEL OF VACANT LAND
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) # LN-08-01

Palm Beach County, the operator of Palm Beach International Airport invites qualified respondents to submit proposals for the lease and development of the below described parcel of land.

and 00-43-44-31-00-000-5000 (portion of)

Location:
Approximately 19.11 acres and located at the Palm Beach County Park Airport (Lantana Airport) at the East Side of Congress Avenue, North of Lantana Road in Lantana, Florida (across from JFK Hospital.)

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Department of Airports Administrative Offices at 846 Palm Beach International Airport, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406-1470 on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY. RFP documents should be available on or about January 7, 2008. After the issue date, the RFP will be available on-line at http://www.pbia.org or by contacting:
